How to Master Reset or Hard Reset a Palm Pre

To perform a master or hard reset on your Palm Pre you will need to:- 1.Press the center button on your Pre.
- 2.Open up "Device Info".
- 3.If you want a partial
reset tap "PARTIAL ERASE" twice. Doing this erases all data on your
Palm Pre (except your music, videos, photos, etc.)
- 4.If you want a full reset (proceed with caution, and backup all your data first), then tap "FULL ERASE" twice.
